Lavender plant changeup...

Due to incessantly wet springs over the last two years, I have changed the location of where new lavender plants will be planted.  Trying to beat Mother Nature doesn't produce any winners and running out of small orange life preservers necessitates this change.  When I first started, during a drought, there were no problems, but in later years, I was proved wrong...  I will be putting a number of different kinds of Sun Flowers in the previous lavender field rows and at least these can out-fight the weeds and slurp up the water...
